On October 19th, the EZWAY-TECHNOLOGY team celebrated the company’s third anniversary. This moment deserved to be marked in style. We had a wonderful time in an exceptional location.
The EZWAY-TECHNOLOGY adventure began in 2020 with Mr. VARNIER as CEO. Initially, the company was a very small operation. It has grown over time. Today, the company has approximately twenty employees.
EZWAY-TECHNOLOGY is a digital services company with offices in Paris and Antananarivo, the capital of Madagascar. We offer outsourced IT support and maintenance services. Our developers specialize in PHP, Java, Python, JavaScript, Angular, and React technologies. Our expertise also extends to other areas such as community management, marketing, SEO, web design, and website creation.
We certainly cannot present EZWAY-TECHNOLOGY without mentioning its founder, Mr. François VARNIER. A graduate of the National Institute of Telecommunications, he has no less than 20 years of experience in IT development in industry and investment banking in the French capital.
EZWAY-TECHNOLOGY is first and foremost a team of people passionate about new technologies and the world of the web. Each member is fully committed to the projects they undertake and is ready to go the extra mile. It was only natural that our employees should be the focus of this celebration on October 21, 2023.
To properly celebrate EZWAY-TECHNOLOGY’s third anniversary, an outing was organized on the outskirts of Antananarivo. The day was packed with activities, including various games and a dip in the pool.
This was also an opportunity to thank our employees of the month for their excellent work and dedication to EZWAY-TECHNOLOGY. The event began early in the morning, with an electric atmosphere filled with excitement and anticipation.
The team members, dressed in polo shirts and caps customized for the occasion, were welcomed by a charming setting at the Green Club Vontovorona.
The games were a highlight of the day, with varied activities that tested the team’s cooperation and competitiveness. Laughter, encouragement, and camaraderie were palpable at every moment, creating a joyful and dynamic atmosphere.
After the effort, the reward: the swimming pool was the perfect place for participants to relax, offering a refreshing way to unwind after the morning’s activities.
The day concluded with a touch of elegance, as champagne was uncorked to celebrate these three remarkable years. Employees raised their glasses in a collective toast, marking EZWAY-TECHNOLOGY’s success and continued growth. A cake, decorated in the company colors, was presented alongside the champagne.
