Any high-volume operation that needs to be documented in the form of a procedure: invoice capture, lead qualification, document indexing, customer database updating, content moderation, verification of administrative documents. If the task can be described in writing in a few pages, we can handle it.
We combine three mechanisms: quality control by sampling on each deliverable, systematic double entry of critical data (amounts, IBAN, dates), and statistical monitoring of the error rate operator by operator with corrective action.
We work with a minimum of one half-time operator per month (around 80 hours). Below that, the cost of integration and training becomes disproportionately high. For more modest one-off needs, we can also respond via our scheduled hours offer.
Each operator signs an individual confidentiality agreement before starting up. Access to data is limited to what is strictly necessary (principle of least privilege). For personal data, processing is governed by an RGPD subcontracting agreement in compliance with Article 28. The tools used can be hosted in Europe on request.
