Do your sources use my LinkedIn Recruiter or their own?

Yours. The source accesses your LinkedIn Recruiter account via user sharing or a dedicated account. This protects your history, InMails and pipelines.

Is my ATS data secure?

Yes. Access via VPN with limited rights, logging of consultations, individual confidentiality undertaking. Signed CLA appended to contract. Hosting of your ATS unchanged (Lever, Greenhouse, etc.).

How long does it take to get started?

3 to 4 weeks on average. Week 1: free audit and scoping. Week 2: source recruitment and training. Weeks 3-4: pilot phase with gradual ramp-up.

What happens if the quality isn't right?

You can request a named replacement within 15 days, or cancel with 30 days' notice. No penalty. Your data is returned in full.

Is there a minimum commitment?

The Junior package and the Recruitment Manager package have no time commitment. The full RPO team (2-5 people) implies a minimum commitment of 6 to 12 months.

Do you accept practices from outside France?

Yes, we work with firms in Belgium, French-speaking Switzerland, Luxembourg and Quebec. Madagascar's UTC+3 time zone remains compatible with these French-speaking areas.
